HYDROPALAT WE 3323 is a non-ionic, 100% active wetting agent effective in waterborne inks, OPVs, and coatings intended for plastic, wood, and metal substrates. This wetting agent is effective in a wide variety of emulsion types including acrylics, styrenated acrylics and PUD’s. HYDROPALAT WE 3323 does not stabilize foam and can act as a defoamer in many coating and graphic art formulations. In addition, increasing levels of HYDROPALAT WE 3323 wetting agents typically reduces foam content in coatings rather than increases it, as is typical of most competitive wetting agents.
