Non-ionic and 100% active block copolymer surfactant.

HYDROPALAT® WE 3135 is a liquid, difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. It is nonionic and 100% active with HLB ~19. This block copolymer is based on polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol. .
