EFKA^® RM 1506

Anti-settling and anti-hard caking agent for solvent based systems; hard paste type of polyethylene wax dispersed in xylene; well suited for most solvent-based systems in dipping, spraying and aerosol applications.

EFKA^® RM 1506 is a hard paste-type polyolefin wax thickener which is designed to provide anti-settling and anti-hard caking performance with improved stabilization of pigment dispersion in solvent-based coatings. It is suitable for all types of enamels, including heavy duty coatings. EFKA^® RM 1506 has a bubble structure which gives lower viscosity and enhances scratch resistance. It is superior to clay and silica additives for preventing pigment settling and hard caking without affecting viscosity.
