DISPEX® ULTRA PA 4530
Dispersing agent for water-based industrial coatings and solvent-based colorants including NC lacquers.
DISPEX® Ultra PA 4530 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of pigments in solvent and aqueous coatings. It stabilizes the pigment dispersion of difficult inorganic and organic pigments. This product is a film-forming polymer with excellent water resistance and wide-spread compatibility in both solvent- and water-based systems. Before being added to the mill base, DISPEX® Ultra PA 4530 should be neutralized up to pH 8.5–9.0. Complete water solubility will be obtained by, e.g., the addition of 8.5 % AMP-90™1.
